Thank you for a lifetime of love, care and beautiful memories. Near the end (and always a worrier) you asked “Did I do a good job?”. We told you then that you were the best. 

As a daughter, wife, mum, aunt, grandma and friend you were loving, kind, loyal and caring - we could not have asked for more.

The love you gave and the things you shared will always be with us. We will think of you every time we pick up a book, bake a cake, walk the dog, visit the seaside, watch a history programme on telly, go for coffee (and more cake obviously) or snuggle up under one of your crocheted blankets.

Know that you are loved and sleep peacefully after a life well-lived.
